How much time does shipping take?
We deliver products in 5- 14 days but recently due to Covid 19 constraints on shipping and logistics worldwide, products will be delivered in 2-5 weeks time. We will provide you tracking number so that you can track the shipping status of your order. Once Covid 19 situation normalizes, we will be able to deliver products in 5 -14 days again. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small business!

How do I order in bulk?
Please email us at sales@plantelegance.com describing the product and its quantities you need. We will get back to you with a price estimate.
I got a defective product and I want to return it. What do I do?
In a rare event that you are not happy with your product, within 5 days of the product delivery, please email us at info@plantelegance.com describing the nature of the problem. We might need you to send us photo or a video of the defective product. We will ensure that you get a replacement product or get your money back. Our customer service will go above and beyond to earn your trust and respect.
